Shipping & Returns
1. ALL items are REFUNDABLE IF NOT USE AND IN ORIGINAL BOX
2. There is a 48 Hour return policy for defected material in or within the item
3. We do not give refunds or exchanges for items held after 48-Hours.
4. Items are refundable ONLY if we made an error in processing the order and it is returned within 7 days of customer receipt as per tracking records. EMAIL US to sales@smartflysim.com receive instructions on where to ship the item. Your package must list the a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returns RMA # on the package, and you need to enclose a copy of your receipt or invoice in the package, along with your name, address and telephone number (we cannot process returns if we do not have a valid phone number.) For your security, we recommend that you use an insured carrier such as DHL,UPS, FedEx (with insurance).
2. All returns shall be made on bank wire transfer after receiving the good at our office/works and after the technical inspection made.
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN SHIPPING ITEMS BACK TO US – WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF THE MERCHANDISE ARRIVES BACK TO US IN A CONDITION THAT, IN OUR OPINION, IT CANNOT BE RESOLD OR CONSIDERED NEW. You are responsible for all return shipping charges, and insurance.
5. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the postal service used for damages merchandise.
6. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to Ray Dynamics India.
7. If your order has already been printed or collected by the courier for dispatch, unfortunately we CANNOT cancel your order. If your order is still processing, we will send you a refund for the amount you paid, minus a $10.00 administration fee.
8. For any authorized item returned THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
9. All Payments are made through secure hosted payment pages.
10. SmartFly Yoke unit, custom order and custom made are NOT REFUNDABLE !
11.raydynamics.com/flysim reserves the right to change to the closest resemblance in any shape, size or form any figurine on an item that may have a figurine that has become discontinued by its manufacturer. Manufacturer outer packaging may also be changed, which we are not responsible for, but we guarantee that the product will be seen through the individual packaging of some sort.
13. All shipping expense are on customer responsibility
Approximate Shipping Time Calculations
• Items will be shipped from our factory within 3-7 business days upon verification of payment is completed.
• Then add 15-20 business days for Shipping based on location / depends upon destination.
• This is approximately when you should receive your order.
• Items shipped using seller selected carrier / according to the shipping option that customer choose in the checkout process.

Ray Dynamics is not responsible for any custom fees, duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other additional expenses incurred with the importation of our products. Shipment transit times to international destinations are based on common carrier estimates only and do not include delays for customs processing. Ray Dynamics has no way to estimate these fees or delays in advance.
